How can I supply my photograph?
Supply your photograph using a hosted link (e.g. by including a link to your photograph on Google Drive) when the prompt appears during your purchase, or email it to hello@elliscreates.com and include your order number.
How is my piece printed?
We print on 300gsm card and use a professional local printers with over 30 years experience. This way you get the quality you deserve to make sure your bespoke piece of art is as impressive as you hoped it would be.
Do I get a chance to review my art before it’s printed?
Yes - you’ll receive an email with your artwork for you to review and given the chance to feedback with any iterations.
I haven’t seen a style I like. Can I get something else?
We’d love to discuss a style or piece with you that you have in mind. Just email hello@elliscreates.com or submit an enquiry form here.
How long does the process take?
Typically turnaround is 5-7 working days, but if you need your piece sooner just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery in the UK and up to three weeks in Europe and Worldwide.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
I’m so sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. All our Items are carefully hand packaged and handled with care, but please get in touch if you have any problems with your order once received, by emailing hello@elliscreates.com
I’d like to return my order. What do I do?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You just need to make sure you comply with our returns policy.
